I'm missing Samson, much more than I imagined.

After he taught me how to do the settings duty, I felt that he was a nice person.

He was also helpful and responsible.

Even though I got scalded by the hot plate, my Wednesday was so beautiful because of ur presence. I'll never forget that feeling :)

Heard that he has quit and today is his last day.

So good luck in whatever you do. Let fate decide if we should meet again:)

Ohoh! I'm late! Happy new year anyway:)
Just came back from Japan today (1st jan) and decided to have a short post.
This is the first time i had countdown on board the plane!
Can't believe that:)
So the captain had a countdown with us after the plane had just taken off and we had a smooth journey home!
Will post about the Japan trip tmr (later) as I'm tired.
Have to wake up early and go take the Merit bursary tmr (later). :(
So nights!

Europe trip. 1 December to 14 December 2011
(timings according to Italy/Switzerland/France time, unless otherwise stated)

Day 1.
flight from Singapore to Italy, Rome
reached Changi Airport around 11pm (sing time)
and boarded the plane around 1am (sing time)

Day 2.
reached Rome around 7am
after baggage claim and clearing custom, touring starts
we began our Rome sightseeing
1st stop: St Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City. It was the largest and most renowned church in the world, where Michelangelo's Pieta is.
2nd stop: The Colosseum, the chief circus of the Roman Empire and it once seat 50000 spectators who came to watch the gladiatorial battles.
3rd stop: Fountain of Trevi, the most famous Roman fountain, where people threw coins and make wishes by throwing the coin with right hand over left shoulder, with back facing the fountain.
next, we had lunch at a small restaurant.
4th stop: Spanish Steps, where there are famous boutiques. we went for shopping and walked around the area.
after that, we travelled to the hotel and had our dinner at the hotel and went back room to rest

Day 3.
woke up around 6am
after washing, packing and breakfast, we boarded the bus and went to the Tuscany region for shopping.
first, we stopped at a Prada outlet and it is the largest Prada shop in Italy.
it was called a Space outlet as they did not want others to know about this outlet
we had lunch at the space outlet and next, we went to The Mall, where there are more outlets
after shopping, we went for a Florentine dinner at a restaurant and it was the first time i drank so much red wine! and also a good sleep because of the wine.
after dinner, we travelled to the hotel.

Day 4.
woke up around 6am
after wash up and breakfast, touring starts.
we travelled to the Leaning Tower of Pisa in the Field of Miracles by public transport (bus)
there, we can also see the Baptistry and the Duomo Cathedral.
next, we travelled to Florence and had a Heritage Walking Tour after our lunch.
during the walk, we went to the Santa Maria Cathedral, followed by Doors of Paradise at the Baptistry of St Giovanni.
we also went to the Piazza della Signoria where there are beautiful statues, and shopping area around
we then went to the Christmas market to have a look and we went back to the hotel for dinner.
and we drank white wine as we ate fish for dinner
after dinner, we went back to our rooms

Day 5.
woke up around 6am
after breakfast and packing, we started our journey to Venice.
we took a 25 mins book ride after our bus ride to the western side of Venice.
we started our Venice sightseeing with the pink-and-white-marbled Doges Palace and the Bridge of Signs.
next we had our lunch at a restaurant which served the best calamari i've ever eaten.
after lunch, we went to St Mark's Square, the Basilica, and the glass blowing factory.
we then went for the Gondola Sernade.
it was free time after the ride and we went for shopping and bought some masks
we then took a ferry ride back and had a chinese dinner before heading to the hotel.

Day 6.
after breakfast and final packing, we departed Mestre for Italian Lake District.
lunch was on a highway stop.
we arrived at the hotel after more driving and rested at the hotel for a while.
next, we went for the optional tour to visit 2 islands, namely Fisherman island and Isobella
after visiting the islands, we went for our dinner.
this dinner was really delicious as the fish, with some mushrooms and olive oil, were wrapped in the paper and was placed in the oven.
the dish is so fragrant, and i think it would be the best fish dish in the whole world!
and also, i drank some wine during the dinner
after dinner, we took a boat ride back to the hotel.

Day 7.
after breakfast, we bid farewell to Italy and went on a journey to Switzerland, Zermatt.
we then took a train up to Zermatt after arriving at a train stop.
we then went to our hotel to check in and we stayed on the highest floor- 5th floor and from there, we could get an excellent view of our surroundings.
we went for lunch after unloading our belongings in the hotel.
we had MacDonald’s for lunch as the menu was different from Singapore’s.
the burger there was really nice!
after lunch was free time, and we did some shopping and xiao yi bought a Rolex watch.
it was a 'Mother of Pearl', a unique watch.
we then went back to the hotel to wash up and had diner in the hotel.

Day 8.
after breakfast and before going to the train station to board the train to leave Zermatt, we went to get a view of the Matterhorn.
the sky was clear and the view of the Matterhorn was really nice
we then board the bus after the train ride to start our journey to Interlaken.
when we reached Interlaken, we checked into our hotel.
we then went for a small walk tour and a Swiss fondue dinner.
we then walked back to the hotel as the restaurant was not far from our hotel.

Day 9.
this day, we went to Jungfrau region, top of Europe.
we took a rail ride up to Jungfraujoch at 3454m, the highest railway station in Europe. On the way, we stopped for picture taking in the two tunnels, which are like viewing galleries.
after reaching, we went to the ice palace and then went out to the Jungfraujoch. the temperature there was -9.4 degrees celsius.
after that, we had our lunch and went down to the base of the mountain.
when we reached Lucerne, we went for a walk around the Old Town Hall, then we proceed to dinner at a small Thai restaurant and i had green curry!
we went back to the hotel after dinner

Day 10.
we went to Mt Titlis today. it was part of the optional tour and we had to take cable car up.
first, we took the normal cable car, then we took a standing cable car which can take up to 80 people and after that, we took a revolving cable car.
we went out of the building after reaching to take some photographs.
next we went to the watch shop and i bought a watch from swatch.
after our lunch at Mt Titlis, we went back to the hotel to unload our stuff.
we then went to visit the Lion Monument, carved from a limestone cliff to commemorate the bravery of the Swiss guards during the French revolution.
after that, we visited Chapel Bridge and viewed Jesuit Church.
we then went to buy some chocolate and a cake for supper and next, Macdonald for dinner.
i ate chicken, bacon and onion, supper nice!

Day 11.
after breakfast, we left Lucerne and started our 8 hours drive to France, Paris.
we had lunch at a gas stop.
upon reaching Paris, we went for the cruise ride in River Seine.
after that, we had a chinese dinner at a restaurant and checked in to our hotel after that.

Day 12.
after breakfast, we started touring Paris.
first, we went to Arc De Triomphe, erected by Napoleon in 1806 and since 1919, has become a national monument to the unknown soldiers of France.
next, we drove past Place de la Concorde, one of the elegant squares in the world. we also drove down Champs Elysees, the orchard road in Paris.
we then stopped at one place to take photos of the Eiffel Tower and went to Montparnasse Tower. there, we could have a view of the city in all directions.
before our lunch, we went to Fragonard Perfumery.
we had free time in the afternoon and some people went for shopping, while some of us went to the Lourve Museum to see the 'Winged Victory', 'Mona Lisa' and 'Venus de Milo'.
after the museum, we went to shop at Lafayette. i bought 2 Swarovski pens there.
we then went back to the hotel to unload our stuff and then came out for a late dinner.
packing follows after we returned to hotel.

Day 13.
this is the last day of the trip.
before we went to the airport, we waited for quite long for the bus as the driver was sent to the wrong hotel.
it was worrying as it was raining and the traffic might be really bad.
luckily, we were still considered on time and after reaching the airport, we had our tax refund done and checked in after that.
i loved this trip but the staff at the airport stained this beautiful memories of ours.
the staff had stupid attitudes and the people there were really stupid and irritating.
on the plane, it was really noisy as there were babies and they kept crying, and they really disturbed us.
meals were on board and we reached Singapore around 6.40am(sing time) after a smooth flight.

yesterday went to yi ma house straight after i woke up, which means i haven't even eat my breakfast
know why? cause yi ma called popo and told her she wanted come and take the book that she borrowed me. and i was like lol?! did she even lend me any book?
but she came just as soon as i got out of bed and washed up
then she said she came to take the books that caleb needed cause she was going to school tomorrow(which is today) to purchase other books
ok, so i gave all the books she needed to her and some of my assessments which i never do
oh whatever, the person who can let go of eveything is the strongest :D

then went to yi ma house's downstairs and waited for joshua to bring us to macdonalds to have our lunch
then before going to macdonalds, we went to the library to lepak
quite a fun trip hah.
after eating, we went back to yi ma house and laze around for quite a while
then xiao jiu came and brought us home
joshua came to xiao jiu's house too
then we went to the swimming pool, and joshua came also
he swimmed and taught jie how to do the frog style, while mei was still learining the basics, cause she refused to go for her previous swimming lesson
we stayed at the swimming pool for about one hour plus?

then we sent joshua home and on the way home, i thought that victoria would be jogging today and when we went passed his house, we saw him doing some exercise,
and i thought that he was warming up, but actually, he had just finished his run.
never mind, at least i saw his backview :)

we went home and fetch gongong and popo, then we went to bedok point, sushi tei to have our dinner
then daddy joined us for dinner, and after dinner, i accompanied xiao jiu to shop for his stuff and daddy sent the others home
that was yesterday!

alright, so this week of o levels was the most hiong one, and now it is over, i'm left with history paper and science mcq.
history paper is coming tuesday, so i'm gonna study for it tomorrow and on monday
but science mcq is like next mon?
so its gonna be quite long before the official end of o levels
ah, but to me, now is already like the end of o levels
ok, today is 'stay at home and rot' day
cause there's a funeral just a few inches away from our house and because xiao yi wanted to chop place for her car, she didn't want to go out
but luckily for me, she says today shall be rest day. but anyway, i didn't study for whole of today either.
woke up quite late as the whole week of exams were tiring and stuff...

since the funeral started yesterday,
i thought that victoria wouldn't be jogging yesterday because he jogged the day before yesteday
and xiao yi also said that because there was a funeral, so he won't jog and most probably his parents won't allow him to jog too.
but he jogged! and the best thing is, i missed seeing him jog D:
and i saw him only when he finished his jogging, doing his cooling down exercise
hmm... i wonder if he's going to jog today

hmm... so yesterday was sunday and victoria was jogging. and xiao yi wanted to take photos of him. took quite many but most of them are blur, and this is the best photo even though its blur
i think he won't be jogging today since he jogged 8 rounds on saturday and 10 rounds yesterday
he must be working really hard since he will be going for ns next year
i think i should work hard on my studies too huh.

until now, english and maths papers are over, expecting a b3 for english and a a1 for maths
but i'mreally scared that i can't get a1 for maths!
lots of careless mistakes and stupid mistakes!
hope that there is not much moderation, cause some people say maths seldom moderation unless super difficult or super easy, and moderation will affect the a scorers.
but this year paper 2 quite easy and confirm a lot of people will score high high
please god, gimme my a1 for maths! please love me! :D

ok, later yujing, yongyi and ninawill be coming to study! i hope is really study :D

Yesterday is ovel practical!
I should feel sad about my pathetic practical, but I'm so happy! Ok, one by one.

Practical:
Chemistry
1. a lot of 4 marks questions,
But can only get 3 or 2 marks answer
2. Is ammonium ions, I go and write ammonia ions
3. I know got iron (ll) ions but I forgot whether I got write or not

Biology
1. Theory questions, anyhow bomb
2. Drawing never put magnification!

Ok, pathetic things, I think i should just forget it.
The happy thing is finally I saw victoria's face yesterday! (which is a few hours before)
We were going out for dinner and I was wearing my shoes at the bench. Xiao jiu and jun kiat went to car already. After wearing my shoes, I walked out of house towards the car. As I just step out, Victoria jogged past me! He was so near and I think if I moved one more step forward, he would langar into me!
Then I was like shocked!
Then I walked towards Xiao jiu car, not believing what had just happened and Xiao jiu said "jie jie pai seh" and I said "you never tell me!" then Xiao jiu said "I wanted to tell u but u never look at me" and I said "I was wearing my shoes!" then jun kiat said "is that the Victoria guy?" with quite a loud voice. Then I was like "shhhhhhh!" then we all got into the car and Xiao jiu drove and then when he drove past Victoria, I turned and saw his face.
Oh my god, I'm going to have a heart attack!

today's last day of school!
last day as in last day of lessons for my 4 years of sec sch
was fun though, the boys brought flour and they played and smashed flour on other people, i think everyone kena-ed
i got flour attacked too! on my hair, shirt and skirt, basically, everywhere :D
today's weather was also nice as it was raining and windy of course. but not as nice as yesterday's cause yesterday's weather was cold and chilly
graduation day tomorrow, i think many people will be damn sad D:

OhMyGod!
I saw Victoria just now!
He wasn't wearing his Victoria jc shirt, just a green tee and I could tell him apart from his friends that were walking beside him!
I didn't really get a good look of his face, but I knew his back view really well, since I always stare at his side view and back view when he was jogging:)
Another funny thing is that xiao yi heard his laughter and somehow it sounded like a chicken's call
Whatever, I love to eat chicken anyway!

Wow!
I can't believe xiao yi won an iPad!
She went to collect it yesterday and charged for 8 hours, connected to iTunes, and I am using it now to blog!
I downloaded the blogger app:)

Yesterday had night study, but it's becoming more and more unproductive as compared to the first few days
So, I'm going to try harder to be more productive than this week!

First night study today
Was quite fun, there was min min, June, yujing and me!
Loads of other unknown ppl too...
At first, I thought it would be like rubbish, but I think it worked out quite nicely as I did more work as compared to when I'm at home:)
Actually I didn't want to stay for night study cause I thought that Victoria might be jogging today, but June they all asked me to stay, so I just stayed, and I didn't regret it!
Although I never see Victoria, it was quite a fruitful night.
So, I've decided to stay for night study when I don't have tuition:)
As for Victoria, I'll leave it to fate to put us together. After all, I think my o levels are the most important things right now!

saturday went to watch transformers
movie was nice :D
watched the show at 1.15am :D
then end around 4, and went to east coast macdonald for breakfast
homed and slept at around 6am to 2 pm

nothing special happened yesterday, just stayed at home, did some work and prepared for school

today had chem test! i got 44.5/50 :D
was quite happy with my results and of course, unhappy about some stupid mistakes

ok. i think nothing else.
the month july is quite boring :O

Had BBQ for the second time yesterday!
Turned out better than the first!
Chicken wings were really nice:)
And hotdogs were done nicely as well
Just the sotong and sweet potato, a bit too hard

Some were disappointments, but some reached my expectations.

Lol. I'm super full now
Had barbeque at home today!
First time man. It was so nice:)
BBQ marshmallow the best! And chicken wings too! And hotdogs, taiwan sausages, satays, sotong and many many more!
But the bad thing is, I didn't study today... Spent whole morning and afternoon outside, and whole evening and night barbequeing...
So no time to study...
Hah. Sian. Chemistry got so many topics to study. Scarly like bio like that. Study so much never come out, come out those never study one -.-
Just hope that my grades are good for mye. Cause mye got a bit too fast. And all my studies all last minutes!
So next week left with chem paper 1 and 3. Bio left with paper 1. Then left poa and d and t and history

haha :D yesterday, which was about half an hour ago was april fool's day so happy april fool! its fun to fool people and get fooled by people C: today was super tired at school man had 2.4 km run (practice) i got 15 mins+ so shd be able to do better during the actual run on 9 april, which is one week later! ohemgee, thats like super fast sia this week got damn lots of homework, but i think like previous weekends, i'm going to rot this weekend away too C: School homework: 1.English composition 2.Chemistry worksheet Tuition homework: 1.maths tuition homework (2 papers) 2.Poa tuition homework (at least 4 questions) actually, not really a lot of homework, but i have never completed my homework...

yesterday managed to finish chi, bio and half of combined humans holiday homework...
super suay sia...
i started doing at ard 11plus
then wile i was doing, i was also playing...
bio was the last homework done and it was quite late, 12plus going 1 when i did bio
then i for got there was 20 questions for bio, and only 10 showed on the first page...
so after finishing the first page of ten questions, i just pressed the save and submit button
in the end, result come out was 10/20, which is 50% only...
then at that time i remembered got 20 questions and i only did 10...
and only 1 attempt was allowed...
so decided to give up and accept the fact that i only got 10/20 after confirming that only one attempt is allowed...
luckily holiday homework not counted in o level, or is it?!
super LOL.

then today went out for almost whole day
i went to watch Rapunzel- a tangled tale
quite nice the, but feel funny watching a cartoon in a cinema
then went to look for my mum at robinsons after having lunch at ootoya
then went to suntec for the book fair
bought some stuffs and went home to rot

Yesterday went out with xuan hao, alvin, yujing and clive after school
We went to parkway for some shopping
Then yujing had to leave at 4plus
So left we four people shop around
Then went McDonald for dinner, then alvin had to go also...

Then xin min come le, buy food le, me and clive need to go home first, so left those 2 there...

yesterday went for a mini scrable competition at ngee ann poly with jordan, xuanhao, alvin, isyrag and yongyi
only me and yongyi went into the second round
but all of us were out after the second round
yes, we totally lost but we enjoyed the game...
then after the competition, we went to their operation room to take a look and it was really cool
i was thinking: "maybe i should go into nursing??"
well, after that went home with the others except isyraq
then yongyi took diff bus from us...
so we 4 took bus to dover mrt station and homed
yesterday's competition was quite a long day. it was from morning 9 o'clock to afternoon 4 plus

then today went out for lunch and some shopping at suntec
korea trip briefing at ntuc building followed by that
went to vivo after that and homed
now i am so tired, but i don't think i'll be sleeping early...
